po/eo.po: fix translations for GtkSwitch

Translating "ON" as "EK" (verb prefix for beginning of an action) and
"OFF" as "FOR" (away) is suboptimal.  Just use the suggested 1/0 glpyhs
instead.

The previous translator was clearly insane.
